Q- How should I place my order?

Q- I received the garments and they do not fit my child, what should I do?

A- You can exchange the garments if they have not been worn or washed. You will have to pay the shipping fees. OR second option, you make an appointment to come in person and exchange the garments at our office located at : 261 Brossard Street, Delson, QC J5B 1W9. To schedule an appointment please call; (450) 632-6445.

 

Q- Can I exchange or return a garment?

A- Yes, if the garment has not been worn or washed. You will have to pay shipping charges. OR second option, you make an appointment to come exchange the garments in person at our office located at : 261 Brossard Street, Delson, QC J5B 1W9. Q- Is there a fee to return or exchange a garment?

A- Yes, you pay the shipping charges both ways (to send us the garment that needs to be exchanged or replace and for the new garment to be shipped back to you) OR second option, you make an appointment to come exchange the garments in person at our office located at : 261 Brossard Street, Delson, QC J5B 1W9. Q- My daughter is 12 years old, she is 5 feet tall and weighs 90lbs, what size should I order?

A- For each garment, refer to the size chart, to make sure you order the right size . (Note that the measurements are of the garments and not of the child. Refer to the measurement tab).

 

Q- How can I know which size my child should get?

Q- How should I measure the garment?

A- Use a garment that belongs to your child and lay it flat on a flat surface and then, refer to the measurement tab.

 

Q- I do not have a tape measure, so I cannot take the measurements and order. What should I do?

A- Use a ruler or anything that as inches measurement.

 

Q- Where should I go on the site for information to take measurements?

A- Refer to the measurement tab.

 

Q- In the payment options, I chose Interac e-Transfer: to which email address should I send the payment to?

Q- Can I transfer by text (or to a phone number)?

A- No, by email only!

 

Q- When will I receive my order?

A- The delivery date depends on the date the order was placed. Refer to the text on the Home page; dates are listed.

Q- Will the order be sent to the school? Or How should I pick up my order?

A- Orders will be sent to the delivery address listed on the order.

 

Q- How many garments should I order?

A- It is up to you to decide. Refer to your school for mandatory items.

 

Q- Do you have a basic "kit"?

A- No. You have to choose the garments you need or want. Refer to your school for the mandatory items.

 

Q- What is the shipping charge?

A- $ 10 taxes included

 

Q- Is the shipping charge a set fee or does it depend on the number of garments ordered?

A- It is a set fee

 

Q- Can I add an item without paying the shipping charge?

A- No. With each order you place, there is a shipping charge. It is up to you to make sure the order is complete before processing with the payment.
